- Once you've selected our installation service expect a call from one of our professionals within 24 hours after delivery to confirm the installation time.
- If you need to cancel the installation service please notify us 3 hours before the dated installation time so that the installer can cancel the departure.
- After the installation is complete please test the product on the spot. If there are any issues please communicate directly with the installation personnel. Once the installation personnel have left the premises it is considered that the installation is completed and the installation fee is non-refundable.
