Shipping Policy
Every order is packed with care and sent out as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about getting your pieces from us to you.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all qualifying retail orders. We believe getting your milestone pieces to you should be one less thing to think about.
Standard Delivery
Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.
Expedited Shipping
Need it sooner? Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge and typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days after processing. Expedited rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Wholesale and Blank Branded Items
Wholesale orders and Blank Branded Items may not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for these larger or specialty orders will be calculated at checkout.
