Every item that leaves our hands is inspected with care. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. That is our promise to you.
Our Return Policy
Because our products are baby apparel and accessories worn close to a newborn's skin, we are unable to accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. We take the safety and cleanliness of every item seriously, for your baby and for every family we serve. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference. We encourage you to review product details, sizing guides, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize and we will take care of it right away. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.
