Early Planning Tips
Planning early doesn’t mean planning big.
It simply means giving yourself space to make calm decisions.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s preparation.
6–8 Weeks Before the Party
Start with the big-picture decisions:
• Decide on party size (small gathering or larger celebration)
• Choose a date and time based on baby’s routine
• Pick a general theme or color direction
• Set a simple, realistic budget
• Decide on location (home, backyard, venue)
When these are decided early, everything else becomes easier.
Invitations
If you plan to send invitations:
• Finalize your design
• Gather mailing addresses
• Order prints
• Mail 3–4 weeks before the celebration
Keep it simple. A clean design always photographs beautifully.
